Hi everyone! This post is just a little introduction and welcome post to my new blog – Thyme 2 Shyne! My name is Christie and I live in Far North Queensland, Australia (the most beautiful part of the world of course). This is my first ever blog writing about what I’m most passionate about in life – food, health, fitness, and wellbeing.
Why Do I Blog?
I’ve created this blog to give myself the opportunity to share my knowledge and personal experience so far. I’m no expert, I don’t have any qualifications around nutrition/naturopathy or anything… but I want to be able to share what I am passionate about and what I believe in – and give others the chance to voice their opinions too!
I encourage you to comment on my posts whenever you feel comfortable to, as I want this to be a positive space where people can discuss ideas, personal opinions, and be willing to share their experiences too!
